If your order is NOT a preorder it may take 5-7 business days for your package to be shipped out.

US domestic shipping

  • Included in checkout, and gets added to the cost of merchandise based on the number of items ordered.

International shipping

  • Available by request (Applicable shipping charges will apply, and are determined by the country or region we ship to)

Refunds & Cancellations

 

We will only accept any Refunds or Cancellations at the buyer’s request as long as the product has not been shipped.

  • Please allow for up to 5 business days for our team to review the documentation and the refund / cancellation claim based on the information provided to us by the customer.

  • If we decide to proceed and have confirmed that the refund / cancellation has been processed, most refunds will clear on your bank statement within a few days.

  • However, in some cases, it can take up to 7 - 1 0 business days to fully clear.
